本規約は日本語と英語で提供されます。解釈に相違がある場合は日本語版が優先されます。These terms are provided in Japanese and English. If the two versions conflict, the Japanese version prevails.

1. MINAWAとは

1. What is MINAWA

MINAWAは、声で瞬間・アイデア・会話を共有する、音声ファーストのソーシャルプラットフォームです。アカウントを作成し、またはサービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

MINAWA is a voice-first social platform where people share voices, ideas, and conversations through voice recordings. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

アカウントの認証情報は、ご自身の責任で安全に管理してください。ハンドルはMINAWA上であなたを示す公開アドレスです。ハンドルは先着順で取得されるため、慎重にお選びください。長期間利用のないハンドルや本規約に違反するハンドルは、当社が回収する場合があります。

MINAWAの利用には13歳以上である必要があります。18歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得ているものとみなします。

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Your handle is your public address on MINAWA — choose it carefully, as handles are claimed on a first-come basis. We reserve the right to reclaim inactive handles or handles that violate these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use MINAWA. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission.

あなたがMINAWAで作成した音声投稿・画像・その他のコンテンツの権利はあなたに帰属します。コンテンツを投稿することにより、プラットフォーム運営に必要な範囲で、当該コンテンツをホスティング・保存・表示・配信するための非独占的・全世界的・無償のライセンスをMINAWAに付与するものとします。このライセンスは、コンテンツまたはアカウントを削除した時点で終了します。

コンテンツに関する責任はすべて投稿者にあります。次のようなコンテンツの投稿は禁止します：

違法なもの、または違法行為を助長するもの
他者への嫌がらせ・脅迫・いじめにあたるもの
性的に露骨なもの、または未成年者が関与するもの
意図的な虚偽情報を拡散するもの
他者の著作権やプライバシーを侵害するもの
スパム、自動投稿、なりすましにあたるもの

You own the voice posts, images, and other content you create on MINAWA. By posting content, you grant MINAWA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as part of operating the platform. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are solely responsible for your content. Do not post content that:

Is illegal or facilitates illegal activity
Harasses, threatens, or bullies other people
Is sexually explicit or involves minors
Spreads intentional misinformation
Infringes on someone else's copyright or privacy
Is spam, automated, or impersonates someone else

3.5. 音声通話とボイスメッセージ

3.5. Voice calls and voice messages

MINAWAは1対1の音声通話とボイスDMに対応しています。通話音声はWebRTC標準のSRTPにより通信経路上で暗号化され、当社のTURNリレーはメディアを復号できません。ただし、通話のシグナリングメタデータ（発信者・着信者・時刻・コーデック・ネットワーク候補）は、通話の間、当社サーバーに平文で記録されます。

ボイスDMは音声ファイルとして保存され、リクエスト時のアクセスチェックを通じて会話の参加者のみに配信されます。一方、公開の音声投稿はURLを知っていれば誰でも再生できます。これはリンク共有や未ログイン再生を可能にするための仕様です。

機密性の高い会話には、専用のエンドツーエンド暗号化サービス（Signal、Telegramのシークレットチャット等）をご利用ください。何が暗号化され、何が保存され、何が公開されるかの技術的な詳細は/trustをご覧ください。

MINAWA supports 1:1 voice calls and voice direct messages. Call audio between you and the other person is encrypted in transit using WebRTC's built-in SRTP — our TURN relay cannot decrypt the media. However, call signaling metadata (who called whom, when, codec choices, network candidates) is logged on our server in plaintext for the duration of the call.

Voice DMs are stored as audio files and served only to the conversation participants via an access check at request time. Public voice posts, by contrast, are reachable by anyone with the URL — that is how share-by-link and unsigned-in playback work.

For sensitive conversations, use a dedicated end-to-end encrypted service (Signal, Telegram secret chats). For exact technical detail on what is encrypted, what is stored, and what is public, see /trust.

4. モデレーション

4. Moderation

当社はユーザーからの通報を確認し、本規約に違反するコンテンツの削除やアカウントの停止を行うことがあります。ベータ期間中のモデレーションは手動で行われます。公平な運用に努めますが、プラットフォームに残すコンテンツの最終判断は当社が行います。

We review reports from users and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. During the MINAWA beta, moderation is handled manually. We aim to be fair but reserve the right to make final decisions about what stays on the platform.

5. ストレージ上限

5. Storage limits

ベータ期間中、各ユーザーの音声ストレージ上限は500MBです。1ファイルあたりのアップロード上限は50MBです。これらの上限はプラットフォームの成長に応じて変更される場合があります。重大な規約違反の場合を除き、事前の通知なくコンテンツを削除することはありません。

During the beta period, each user has a 500 MB audio storage limit. Individual audio uploads are capped at 50 MB per file. We may adjust these limits as the platform grows. We will not delete your content without notice except in cases of severe policy violations.

6. サービスの提供

6. Service availability

ベータ期間中、MINAWAは現状有姿で提供されます。安定した運用に努めますが、稼働率・データの耐久性・可用性についていかなる保証もいたしません。コンテンツの喪失、ダウンタイム、サービスの中断について当社は責任を負いません。

MINAWA is provided as-is during the beta period. We do our best to keep it running, but we make no guarantees about uptime, data durability, or availability. We are not liable for lost content, downtime, or service interruptions.

7. 責任の制限

法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、MINAWAおよびその運営者は、プラットフォームの利用に起因する間接損害・付随的損害・結果的損害について責任を負いません。当社の責任は、過去12か月間にお客様が当社に支払った金額（支払いがある場合）を上限とします。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MINAWA and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if anything).

8. 規約の変更

8. Changes to these terms

当社は本規約を更新することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、プラットフォーム上でお知らせします。変更の発効後も利用を継続した場合、新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。

We may update these terms. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
