MINAWAは、児童に対する性的虐待および搾取を一切容認しません。

MINAWA has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

本ページは、児童の性的虐待および搾取（Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, CSAE）—— 児童性的虐待コンテンツ（Child Sexual Abuse Material, CSAM）を含みます —— に対するMINAWAの基準を定めるものです。

This page sets out MINAWA's standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

本基準は日本語と英語で提供されます。解釈に相違がある場合は日本語版が優先されます。These standards are provided in Japanese and English. If the two versions conflict, the Japanese version prevails.

禁止されるコンテンツおよび行為

Prohibited content and conduct

MINAWAでは、児童を性的に搾取、虐待、危険にさらす行為、グルーミング、強要、脅迫、人身取引、その他児童に危害を及ぼすコンテンツや行為を固く禁止します。

禁止事項には以下が含まれますが、これらに限りません。

児童性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）
未成年者を性的に扱うコンテンツ
性的目的で児童に接触するグルーミング行為
性的画像等を利用した脅迫やセクストーション
CSAMの要求、作成、所持、配布、宣伝
児童の性的搾取や人身取引の支援
児童への性的虐待や搾取を助長または正当化する行為
音声、画像、メッセージ、通話、Stage、プロフィール、その他MINAWAの機能を使って児童を危険にさらす行為

MINAWA strictly prohibits any content or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, coerces, threatens, traffics, or otherwise harms a child.

This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Sexualized content involving minors
Grooming or attempting to establish contact with a child for sexual purposes
Sextortion or threats involving intimate material
Soliciting, creating, possessing, distributing, or promoting CSAM
Trafficking or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child
Encouraging or normalizing child sexual abuse or exploitation
Using voice, images, messages, calls, Stage, profiles, or any other MINAWA feature to endanger a child

Reporting concerns in MINAWA

ユーザーは、MINAWAアプリ内の通報機能を使用して、アカウントやユーザー生成コンテンツを報告できます。また、以下の窓口にもご連絡いただけます。

疑わしいCSAMを発見した場合、ダウンロード、コピー、転送、再配布は行わず、対象を特定するために必要な最小限の情報のみをご連絡ください。

Users can report accounts or user-generated content using MINAWA's in-app reporting features. Users may also contact:

When reporting an urgent concern, include only the information necessary to identify the account or content. Do not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM.

MINAWAの対応

Our response

児童への性的虐待や搾取が疑われる事案を確認した場合、MINAWAは以下の対応を行うことがあります。

コンテンツの削除またはアクセス制限
アカウントの停止または削除
法令上必要な記録の保全
安全手順に基づく調査
適法な権限を有する当局への協力
適用法令に従い、確認または疑われるCSAMをNCMEC（全米行方不明・被搾取児童センター）または該当する地域・国の関係機関へ報告

When MINAWA becomes aware of suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, we may:

Remove or restrict access to content
Suspend or terminate accounts
Preserve relevant records where legally required
Investigate reports under our safety procedures
Cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities
Report confirmed or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional or national authority, as required by applicable law

緊急の場合

Immediate danger

児童が直ちに危険にさらされている場合は、地域の警察または緊急機関へ速やかに連絡してください。

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services immediately.
